What is the Vensory Micro-Infusion Kit™ and how does it work?

The Vensory Kit is a complete at-home micro-infusion system that includes a 0.5mm stamping device and pre-dosed peptide serum vials. Each device has the microneedle head already built in – there are no loose needle heads to attach.

Before each treatment, you simply open one serum vial and pour it into the chamber of the device. As you stamp, the device creates tiny micro-channels in the skin and simultaneously dispenses the serum so it can absorb more effectively, instead of sitting on the surface.

This helps improve the look of texture, pores, fine lines and overall glow. The basic flow is: cleanse your skin, fill the device with serum, stamp in sections with gentle pressure, then let the remaining serum absorb before applying a simple hydrating routine later that day or the next.

How is this different from a derma roller or microneedling pen?

Stamping vs. rolling: Our device stamps vertically (straight down and up), while rollers drag needles at an angle across your skin. This means no micro-tears, less irritation and more even coverage.

Infusion chamber, not just needles: Instead of attaching a vial to the outside of the device, you pour the serum directly into the built-in chamber. As you stamp, the serum is released through the needles and into the micro-channels at the exact moment they're created.

Designed for at-home use: At 0.5mm depth with an integrated microneedle head, the device is made for cosmetic skin enhancement (glow, texture, pores) rather than deep, in-office style collagen remodeling. It's a more controlled, beginner-friendly alternative to traditional microneedling tools.

Each session uses a fresh vial which you pour into the device before stamping, so you always know you're working with the right amount of product.

How often should I use it?

We recommend once every 1–2 weeks to allow your skin time to fully recover and regenerate between sessions.

Most customers follow a weekly routine (e.g., every Sunday evening) for consistent results. Your skin needs 7-14 days to complete its natural renewal cycle after micro-channeling.

Do not use more frequently—over-stamping can cause irritation and won't speed up results.

B. Safety & Hygiene

Is it safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Sensitive skin: The serum in our kit is designed to be gentle. It's fragrance-free and free from parabens, sulfates and dyes, and is built around hydrating ingredients like sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), collagen, skin-renewing peptides and the antioxidant carnosine. Most sensitive skin types tolerate it well, but we always recommend a patch test first.

Acne-prone skin: You can use the kit on areas that do not have active breakouts. Never stamp over active acne, cysts or broken skin – this can irritate the area and potentially spread bacteria. Wait until blemishes have calmed, then you can use the kit to help improve the look of post-acne texture and marks.

Does it hurt?

Most people describe the treatment as a light prickling or tingling sensation – around a 2–3 out of 10 on a pain scale. It's not completely sensation-free, but it's usually very tolerable and does not require numbing cream.

Some areas (like the forehead and upper lip) can feel a bit more sensitive, while the cheeks typically feel milder. Your skin may look pink and feel slightly warm right after your session, similar to a mild sunburn, but this usually settles within a few hours.

Can it cause infection or breakouts?

Infection is extremely unlikely when you follow proper hygiene steps.

For safe use:

✓ Use a new sterile needle head for every treatment
✓ Cleanse your face thoroughly before stamping
✓ Never share your device with anyone else
✓ Avoid stamping over active acne, cold sores, open cuts, or irritated skin

Breakouts: While uncommon, small blemishes can appear if the skin wasn't properly cleansed beforehand or if heavy makeup/oily products were applied too soon after treatment. To minimise this, stick to the included serum on treatment day and avoid makeup, sweating and occlusive products for the first 24 hours.

Who shouldn't use this?

Do not use the Vensory Micro-Infusion Kit™ if you:

⚠️ Have active acne, open pimples or broken skin in the treatment area
⚠️ Are currently on isotretinoin/Accutane (wait at least 6 months after stopping before using any microneedling device)
⚠️ Are pregnant or nursing – please consult your doctor first
⚠️ Have a history of keloid scarring or blood-clotting disorders, or are on strong blood-thinning medication

We also do not recommend using the kit over areas with active skin infections, eczema flare-ups, rosacea, cold sores or open wounds. If you have any medical skin condition or are unsure whether the treatment is right for you, it's always best to speak with a dermatologist or your healthcare provider first.

C. Results & Usage

When will I see results?

Results build over time with consistent use:

Day 1 (next morning): Noticeable glow and plumper, more hydrated skin
Week 2-3 (after 2-3 sessions): Smaller-looking pores, smoother makeup application
Week 4+ (after 4+ sessions): Visibly refined texture, reduced appearance of fine lines

Can I use my own serums or products?

During stamping: We recommend using only our included serum during the stamping process. It's specifically formulated to be safe, non-irritating, and effective when infused via micro-channels.

After stamping (24+ hours later): Yes, you can resume your regular skincare routine, including your favorite serums. Just avoid strong actives (retinol, acids) for 48-72 hours after each session.

What should I avoid after stamping?

For 24 hours after: No makeup, no gym/sweating, no swimming pools

For 48-72 hours after: Avoid retinol, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), and any other strong actives that could irritate freshly micro-channeled skin

For 1 week after: Use SPF 30+ daily (your skin is more sun-sensitive after treatment)

Stick to gentle, hydrating products in the days following your session.

Can I use this if I'm already using retinol or acids?

Yes, but not at the same time. Here's how to manage it:

Pause retinol/acids 2-3 days before your stamping session
Wait 48-72 hours after stamping before resuming actives
✓ This gives your skin time to recover and prevents irritation

Many customers use retinol/acids on their "off weeks" between stamping sessions for a well-rounded routine.
